Please refer to this page for our company guidelines and answers to our most frequently asked questions.

• Applications are $45 per person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home. Monthly gross income must be 3 times the rent of the home in order to qualify. With the application we do credit check, background check, job and rental history.

• Upon application approval you have 24 hours to sign the lease and pay the security deposit.

• Lease signings must be scheduled with office staff for Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm in person at the office. Because of Covid all paperwork is done on line until further notice

• All applicants must be present at the time of lease signing to sign the Residential Lease Agreement.

• We can only hold a property for 10 days unless otherwise stated with the security deposit paid and lease signed. We will not hold any properties if the lease has not been signed and the deposit has not been paid.

• We only accept money orders or cashier's check. You do have the option of paying with a credit or debit card using Square however there is a processing fee of 2.75% per transaction.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS!

• For all properties minus the Santorini Apartments, after you pay first month's rent or prorated rent you do have the option to pay online. If a transaction ever returns as NSF you will be blocked from paying online for 3 months.

• Move in dates must be on Mondays through Fridays After 1pm and first month's rent or pro-rated rent must be paid at this time in order to pick up keys.

• Move outs must be Mondays through Fridays from 10 am – 4 pm.

• Rent or prorated rent cannot be combined with security deposits and pet deposits. They must be in separate money orders or cashier's checks.
